Five ways on how to give your presentation of the business in 30 seconds or less
How many times on a daily basis is asked to tell someone about your business? Have you ever stammered, scrambling for the right words to describe what you and your company are about? Do you think your company is so complex that it ramble and forever?
Prepare carefully for the first time such situations may be one of the most important things to do. It's called the presentation of 30 seconds commercial or elevator. Essentially it comes to this. In 30 seconds you should be able to say precisely the most important details about your company.
If you advertise, you already understand the need to shorten the information in bullet points. The same concept applies here.
For those of you who attend weekly lunches social networking, here are some creative things you can do to maintain interest. This is the most advantageous time to practice the power point presentation.
1. Have a different theme each month. Each week can be a variation of your
monthly theme. If your company offers various products, highlight a different one every week.
2. Be creative. Some people use exactly the same 30 second commercial, over and over again
again. Even if their presentation is excellent, people tired of them.
3. Enjoy the party. Most business can be added to holiday gift.
Jewelry for example, can easily be promoted at Christmas and Mother's Day.
4. Play a question / answer game. You can ask questions about your company and then once you get the correct answer, throw them a candy bar. It is a lot of fun and leaves a memorable impression!
5. Sing a few seconds of a song. If you have a beautiful voice, Christmas is a perfect month to sing a part of your 30 seconds. Close with a few seconds of your name and company. This was done to a room with excellent results.
Almost every company has multi-faceted, complex and detailed information. For bullet-pointing key, you can create interest in your company. Later, a more thorough presentation can be given. Before and after lunch is the case when the network is made. Business transactions are commonly closed after lunch or appointments are made for the subsequent discussion.
When you are giving your business 30/2, to be relaxed! Do not try to put 2 minutes worth of information in 30 seconds. Speak slowly and comfortably. Some people try to put two or three company presentations in 30 seconds. This is a huge mistake! It takes away credibility. Also leaves no time to give any company a clear picture of the product or service. Everyone will be confused, not attracted to learn more.
If you think your business 30/2 is not important, let me share a true story with you. A man got into the elevator with a woman entrepreneur to a large convention. The woman asked what she did.
