How to implement strategic planning for small businesses
Rarely are the instances in which small firms have successfully transformed themselves into large corporations with operations spread, unless of course you have merged with or acquired by a giant. Rather these events are so rare, that have been noted in several major magazines such as case studies. But, if this model has been exceptional growth to become a norm? Why can not an aspiring entrepreneur so often transform desires into hard-core business?
The key factor was the lack of strategic planning at the grassroots level. Small businesses or think they are too small to undertake strategic planning really diligent or if at all aware of the requirement, the lack of proper knowledge and guidance does not allow right strategy to plan, let alone implemented.
