A Mexican dessert, the Volt Pineapple
The pineapple upside down is a traditional dessert of Mexican cuisine. Basically it is a cake filled with pineapple and cherries, and the result is very juicy, and then the pineapple juice is great it does provide a cake. The recipe I found in a Mexican web, so it has a Latin language, but I do not pose any difficulty to understand.
Pineapple Flip ingredients.
