Then you have to bend your knees and slowly lower the trunk without the knee of your supporting leg (the back) touches the ground, and do not forget to keep your abs contracted.
You should try to stay in that position for a few seconds and then you join up slowly back to the starting position, ie standing with legs slightly apart.
Perform about three sets of strides between 10 and 15 repetitions, alternating leg advanced.
